PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) Chad Kanoff threw two touchdown passes and Joe Rhattigan ran for two more to lead Princeton over Lehigh 52-26 Saturday night.

Princeton forced three turnovers in the third quarter. R.J. Paige intercepted Nick Shafnisky and returned it 36 yards for a score, pushing the Tigers' lead to 18 early in the second half.

Kanoff completed 13 of 24 attempts for 195 yards for Princeton (2-0). Rhattigan had nine carries for 62 yards.

Ed Mish kicked two field goals to help Lehigh take a 13-10 lead late in the second quarter. But Rhattigan's 12-yard score and Kanoff's 26-yard strike to Seth DeValve less than two minutes apart put Princeton up by double digits before halftime.

Shafnisky was 26 of 39 for 348 yards. Troy Pelletier had 15 catches, tying a Patriot League single-game record and good for first all-time in the Lehigh (2-2) record books.
