Ronda Rousey made quite a splash earlier this year when she appeared at WWE Wrestlemania. The UFC champion entered the ring for the first time while teaming up with her friend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson against "evil" owners Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Rousey was a huge hit with WWE fans and ever since her first appearance everyone has wondered if she would be back again.

Wrestlemania 32, taking place on April 3, 2016 from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, is expected to be one of the largest professional wrestling events of all time, but will Rousey find a way to participate again this year?

"I would love to but I'm going to be in Jakarta filming my movie," Rousey said while participating in a fan Q&A in Australia.

"If I was really going to be there, would you want to know or would you want to be surprised? I think a real wrestling fan would want to be surprised."

Rousey's movie is the upcoming film "Mile 22", where she will co-star with Oscar nominee Mark Wahlberg and action star Iko Uwais.

Filming for the action movie is expected to take place in Jakarta, Indonesia in the first quarter of 2016, and that would likely keep Rousey busy through any potential Wrestlemania 32 appearance.

Then again, Rousey wasn't expected to take part in the last Wrestlemania either so anything could still happen between now and then.

For his part, UFC president Dana White is very supportive of Rousey's love of pro wrestling and had no problem with her taking part in Wrestlemania 31 earlier this year.

Of course, White also wonders why so many people want to see Rousey take part in a staged event when you can see her really beat someone up in the Octagon.

"The thing she did with WWE was cool, it was cool," White said. "She did a great job, I thought it was awesome, but believe me when I tell you she's got a lot of s**t to do. She's pretty busy.

"Why would you want to see her wrestle when you can see her fight?"

Whether White is a fan or not, Rousey was clearly enamored by her chance to participate in a WWE event and chances are she's going to make another appearance, it's just not clear if it will be at Wrestlemania 32 in 2016.
