Jack Del Rio won't soon forget his first win as head coach of the Oakland Raiders.

He doesn't want his players to, either. He wants the Raiders to remember this feeling -- and build on it.

Del Rio knows he had to change the Silver & Black's losing culture. Wins like this go a long way toward that goal; the Ravens are an AFC powerhouse, after all.

Look at Del Rio's expression as he delivers that victory speech. He's proud, but he'll be even prouder if his team can parlay the win into something even greater.
