There are nights when Justin Bethel cannot sleep.
It's a common routine for Bethel, who deals with insomnia.
"I usually don't sleep more than four to five hours," Bethel said, via ESPN. "It doesn't matter, I can go to sleep at 8 o'clock. I'm going to wake up in four to five hours. And then once I wake up, I won't sleep more than two hours straight after that. I wake up usually every hour or every 30 minutes. It's weird."
Despite his odd sleep patterns, Bethel has turned in back-to-back Pro Bowl seasons.
He's become a key part of the Cardinals roster and a game-changer on special teams.
