MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) -- Miami Dolphins first-round draft pick DeVante Parker is in the starting lineup for Thursday night's exhibition game against Tampa Bay and will see his first action of the preseason.

The receiver from Louisville took part in practice Monday for the first time since undergoing surgery on his left foot in June, and it had been uncertain whether he would be available for the season opener next week.

Parker was the 14th pick of the draft in May.
