Sure, Roger Goodell may have been hit with a stinging right hook from Judge Richard Berman on Thursday when the latter overturned Tom Brady's four-game suspension. But, is it accurate to say Goodell "lost" in this case?

Nope, says FS1's Colin Cowherd.

After all, Goodell is the commissioner of the NFL. And Brady is one of the league's signature stars. So, all Thursday's ruling did was free up an NFL great to play the entire season.
