RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) Corinthians won 3-1 at Chapecoense on Sunday match to maintain a four-point lead atop the Brazilian league.

Jadson, Elias and Vanger Love scored for Corinthians, while Chapecoense's lone goal came from Bruno Rangel. It was Rangel's seventh in league play and put him in the top five in the scoring race.

Sao Paulo-based Corinthians has 46 points, four ahead of Atletico-MG and an eight over Gremio. Palmeiras is 12 off the lead in fourth place.

In other results on Sunday it was: Gremio 0, Coritiba 0; Avai 3, Inter 0; Palmeiras 3, Joinville 2; Fluminense 1, Atletico-MG 2; Sport 0, Flamengo 1; Cruzeiro 0, Santos 1; Atletico-PR 3, Goias 0.

Atletico-MG won 2-1 over Fluminense at Rio's Maracana Stadium with goals from Giovanni Augusto and Patric. Wellington Paulista scored for the Rio de Janeiro club.

Gabriel Jesus scored twice and Dudu had the other in Palmeiras' 3-2 victory over Joinville.

Sao Paulo, in fifth place and level with Palmeiras with 34 points, defeated Ponte 3-0 on Saturday with goals from Michel Bastos, Ganso and Wilder.

In Saturday's other match, Figueirense defeated Vasco 1-0.

Ricardo Oliveira of Santos leads the league scorers with 12 goals, followed by Lucas Pratto of Atletico-MG and Jadson of Corinthians, both with nine. Alexandre Pato of Sao Paulo has eight and Bruno Rangel of Chapecoense has seven.
