FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) Brandon Marshall has seen enough of new Jets teammate Darrelle Revis to declare him the best cornerback in NFL history.

The wide receiver, entering his 10th NFL season and first in New York, says in a television interview that he has practiced and played against great cornerbacks during his career - but Revis tops them all. Marshall tells ESPN's ''First Take'' on Thursday that Revis is the ''best in the league'' at his position before adding a headline-making - and eyebrow-raising - ''ever.''

Marshall reiterated his comments after training camp practice later in the day. Revis was flattered, saying it's ''an honor'' to be called one of the best to play his position.
