Dallas Cowboys fans are going to be sick when they get their eyes on this image. Arguably the greatest wide receiver in Cowboys history was wearing a football helmet with the No. 88 on it Wednesday at training camp. Only it was a New York Giants helmet and he was in New Jersey at a Giants training camp practice.
Irvin was live at practice because he is recording footage for a future feature piece on Giants wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Victor Cruz. Irvin hung around practice long enough to have an in-depth conversation with Giants' general manager Jerry Reese, and he even caught passes on a back field with Beckham.
