It doesn't seem like anyone knows who will emerge as the starting quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, but training camp will shed some light on the competition. Just three days into practice and we're already getting some indications of the depth chart at quarterback.

According to Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News, Matt Cassel is edging ahead of Tyrod Taylor and EJ Manuel in practice, taking first-team reps each day. Taylor worked as the primary backup, with Manuel third in the pecking order. While no quarterback has looked particularly sharp, Carucci said Manuel has struggled the most of the three.

It's still early in training camp, but with Cassel emerging and Manuel falling behind Taylor, too, EJ's time with the Bills could be coming to an end. Cassel is an established quarterback in the league, by Taylor is far from that. With that said, it doesn't bode well for Manuel if he can't beat out Taylor in camp. Keeping Manuel as the third quarterback on the roster may not be in the cards for the Bills.
