Yankees reportedly acquire outfielder Ackley from Mariners

The New York Yankees have acquired outfielder Dustin Ackley from the Seattle Mariners, as first reported by the YES Network on Thursday.

In exchange for Ackley, the Mariners will receive outfielder Ramon Flores and right-hander Jose Ramirez, according to the report.

Ackley, 27, is hitting .215/.270/.366 with six homers and 19 RBI in 85 games this season.

The second overall pick in the 2009 draft, Ackley is a career .243 hitter and had career highs in homers (14) and RBI (65) last season.
