What do you get when you put two iconic, legendary Boston Red Sox players on the same field at one time? A selfie of course.
The Red Sox retired Pedro Martinez' number on Tuesday and David Ortiz wasn't about to let the moment slip by.
Ortiz and Pedro are close, as Ortiz told NESN that he cried tears of joy watching Pedro get inducted into the Hall of Fame:
"Pedro, I got tears coming out when I saw Pedro talking, because I know the man. I know everything that he went through in his career. I used to sit down with Pedro after games (at Fenway) or on the road, and he would just start telling me stories about things. And all the stories that he always used to tell me made me a better human being, made me a better player. It was good."
Now all we do is wait for the finished product to be posted.
