Should the Arizona Cardinals stay healthy in 2015, would that be enough to topple the Seattle Seahawks atop their perch in the NFC West?

That remains to be seen, but Tyrann Matheiu still believes the NFC runs through the Seahawks.

"Those guys went to the Super Bowl two times in a row and they have everything we want," Mathieu said of Seattle on The Rich Eisen Show.

Prior to Carson Palmer's season-ending injury last season, the Cardinals had raced out to the league's best record at 8-1. Arizona still finished 11-5, in large part to its defense which ranked fifth in scoring defense (19.2 points per game).

The Seahawks, however, have boasted their offense to go along with their top-ranked reigning defense, adding tight end Jimmy Graham in the offseason.

But with a healthy Carson Palmer, and a top defense, perhaps the Cardinals can give the Seahawks a run.
