Metairie, LA (SportsNetwork.com) - The New Orleans Saints released veteran kicker Shayne Graham on Tuesday, just over three months after signing him to a one-year contract.
Graham played his first full season for the Saints in 2014, making 19 of his 22 field goal attempts.
The well-traveled 37-year-old has been on the roster of 10 teams during his 14-year NFL career and owns an 85.5 percent success rate on 311 field goal attempts. He attempted two field goals in two games for the Saints in 2013.
The Saints signed wide receiver Lance Lewis, who appeared in three games for the Washington Redskins in 2013 and has also been on the rosters of Dallas and San Francisco.
