The Hague, Netherlands (SportsNetwork.com) - PSV Eindhoven closed out its title-winning Eredivisie campaign with a 3-2 win over Den Haag on Sunday at the Kyocera Stadion.

PSV have been on top of the league all season and claimed their first title since 2008 back on April 18 with a win over Heerenveen, but still went out with a positive result on Sunday.

Aleksandr Iakovenko opened the scoring for Den Haag in the 24th minute, but Luciano Narsingh equalized on the stroke of halftime.

Danny Bakker handed Den Haag the lead again in the 56th minute, but PSV showed their championship form as Luuk de Jong equalized on the 61st minute to make it 2-2 before Georginio Wijnaldum bagged the winner in stoppage time to give all three points to the champions in dramatic fashion on the final day.

Also in the Dutch top flight on Sunday, Willem II closed out its season with a 2-1 win over Cambuur, while AZ Alkmaar received two goals from U.S. international Aron Johannsson in a 4-1 win over Excelsior.

Dordrecht collected a 2-1 win over runners-up Ajax, but it was merely consolation as the club finished at the bottom of the table and will be relegated.

Brian Linssen scored in the 49th minute to give Heracles a 1-0 win against Go Ahead Eagles, while FC Groningen closed the season with a wild 5-4 win over NAC as Michael de Leeuw bagged a hat trick.

Hakim Ziyech scored twice in the span of a minute as Twente knocked off Heerenveen, 3-1, while Vitesse and Utrecht finished level at 3-3.

The day's final fixture saw Zwolle roll to a 3-0 win over 10-man Feyenoord.
