Rockies recall Rosario, option Matzek

Denver, CO (SportsNetwork.com) - The Colorado Rockies recalled catcher Wilin Rosario from Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday.

Rosario appeared in 10 games earlier this season for Colorado and hit one home run with two RBI.

To make room on the roster, the team optioned pitcher Tyler Matzek to Albuquerque. He is 2-1 in five starts with a 4.09 earned run average.
