Minneapolis, MN (SportsNetwork.com) - The Minnesota Twins have placed outfielder Oswaldo Arcia on the 15-day disabled list with a right hip flexor strain.

Arcia suffered the injury in Sunday's win over the White Sox. Arcia has played in 19 games, hitting .276 with two home runs and eight RBI.

To replace Arcia on the 25-man roster, the Twins recalled outfielder Eddie Rosario from Triple-A Rochester to make his major league debut. The 23-year- old from Puerto Rico played in 23 games for the Red Wings, hitting .242 with two doubles, one triple, three home runs and 12 RBI.
