Estoril, Portugal (SportsNetwork.com) - Rising Aussie Nick Kyrgios was an easy quarterfinal victor Friday at the inaugural Estoril Open tennis tournament.

The 20-year-old seventh seed cruised past Dutchman Robin Haase 6-3, 6-4 on the red clay at Estoril Tennis Club.

Kyrgios' semifinal opponent will be Spanish clay-courter Pablo Carreno Busta, who posted a mild upset on Day 5 by taking out eighth-seeded Gilles Muller of Luxembourg 6-2, 6-4.

Another quarterfinal saw in-form Spaniard Guillermo Garcia-Lopez defeat 19- year-old Croat Borna Coric 6-3, 7-6 (7-4).

Garcia-Lopez is fresh off his clay-court title in Bucharest last week and has won his last eight matches.
