Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Cleveland Indians pitcher T.J. House was placed on the 15-day disabled list Friday due to shoulder inflammation, one day after the left-hander turned in a fourth straight subpar start.

House lasted just three innings in Thursday's 5-1 loss to Toronto, walking three and allowing five runs on four hits. The 25-year-old has posted an ugly 13.15 ERA while issuing 12 walks in 13 innings while losing each of his first four outings of the season.

The Indians have yet to announce who will take House's place in the rotation. Zach McAllister, who began the year as a starter prior to being moved to the bullpen, is likely the top candidate.

In the interim, Cleveland recalled outfielder Tyler Holt from Triple-A Columbus to fill the available roster spot.

Holt hit .268 in 36 games with the Indians last season and was batting .328 with four RBI and 12 runs scored over 19 games with the Clippers thus far in 2015.
