Blue Jays place Navarro on DL

Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - The Toronto Blue Jays placed catcher Dioner Navarro on the 15-day disabled list and recalled catcher Josh Thole from Triple-A Buffalo on Thursday.

Navarro is suffering from a left hamstring injury. He is hitting .267 with four RBI in eight games this season.

Thole played in eight games with Buffalo and was hitting .269 with three RBI.
