Turin, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) - Juventus will be eager to respond to a huge upset at the hands of Parma when the side entertains Lazio in a table-topping clash.

Juve saw its 20-match unbeaten streak in Serie A come an end against the most unlikely of opponents last weekend as the club lost 1-0 to last-place Parma.

But after responding to that loss with a 1-0 win over Monaco in the Champions League, Massimiliano Allegri's team will be motivated against a Lazio side in the midst of a great run of form.

Lazio has used a run of nine wins in 10 games to overtake rivals Roma for second place, and the club will attempt to continue that winning form against Juve, with three points against the champions closing the gap between the sides to nine points with seven games to play.

Juventus is 90 minutes away from a place in the semifinals of the Champions League and the club is facing a trip to Monaco for the second leg on Wednesday. However, Allegri's team needs to be fully focused on Lazio to avoid another slip in the league.

Also this weekend, another edition of the Milan derby takes place on Sunday as Inter Milan tangles with AC Milan, although there isn't much more than bragging rights on the line.

This is usually a fixture that is filled with Scudetto implications as the two rivals battle it out at the top of the table. However, the fortunes of both clubs have taken a wrong turn in recent years and they enter the match stuck in the middle of the table, more than 25 points off the pace of Juventus and 15 points adrift of a Champions League place.

Roma will be hoping to regain second place with a win over Atalanta on Sunday if Lazio drops points against Juve on Saturday, while fourth-place Napoli visits second-from-the-bottom Cagliari.

Fiorentina is in a serious race for a Europa League place and hosts Hellas Verona on Monday, while Sampdoria is level on points with Fiorentina for the final Europa League spot and hosts relegation-battling Cesena on Saturday.

Sassuolo entertains Torino, Udinese travels to Chievo, Parma invades Empoli and Palermo tangles with Genoa.
