Jacksonville, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Jacksonville Jaguars and free-agent tight end Julius Thomas officially agreed to a multi-year contract, the team announced Wednesday.

According to reports, Thomas, 26, signed a five-year deal worth an average of $9.2 million each season with $24 million guaranteed.

Thomas earned his second straight Pro Bowl selection after catching 43 passes for 489 yards and 12 touchdowns in 13 games this past season. He had 65 receptions for 788 yards and 12 touchdowns over 14 games during a breakout campaign in 2013.
