Pocatello, ID (SportsNetwork.com) - Coming off a breakthrough season, Idaho State football will play two FBS teams and five home games as part of an 11- game schedule announced on Monday.
Idaho State, which finished 8-4 last season after winning only nine games combined over the previous six years, will kick off the campaign against Black Hills State on Sept. 5.
The Bengals and 2014 Big Sky coach of the year Mike Kramer also will host conference opponents Portland State (Sept. 12), Eastern Washington (Oct. 17), Montana (Nov. 7) and Montana State (Nov. 14).
They also will begin a four-game road swing with visits to FBS opponents Boise State (Sept. 18) and UNLV (Sept. 26).
