(SportsNetwork.com) - Members of the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots were reportedly fined for their roles in the end zone scuffle at the conclusion of last Sunday's Super Bowl.

As the Patriots were trying to run out the clock following the game-clinching interception by New England's Malcolm Butler, the teams became embroiled in a skirmish that featured Seattle's Bruce Irvin and New England's Rob Gronkowski.

Irvin, according to NFL.com, was fined $10,000 and teammate Michael Bennett was slapped with a penalty of $8,268 for their actions. Gronkowski, who pleaded his case on the late-night talk-show circuit this week, was fined $8,268, as was teammate Michael Hoomanawanui.
