New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Oklahoma City Thunder star forward Kevin Durant will not play in Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks as he continues to deal with a sprained left big toe.

Durant also sat out the Thunder's 92-84 win over Minnesota on Monday due to the injury, which the reigning NBA MVP sustained in Sunday's game at Cleveland.

Perry Jones will again draw the start in place of Durant on Wednesday.

The Thunder are just 9-15 this season without Durant, who missed the first 17 games recovering from surgery on his right foot. They have won six of their last nine contests with him out of the lineup, however.
