Milwaukee, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - Milwaukee Bucks rookie forward Jabari Parker had surgery to repair the torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, the team announced Monday night.
The No. 2 pick in the 2014 draft, Parker is expected to miss the remainder of the season. A timeline for a return to basketball activity will be established at a later date.
Parker suffered the injury in the third quarter of Milwaukee's win at Phoenix on Dec. 15. He averaged 12.3 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 25 games.
