Jacksonville, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Jordan Todman's 62-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter highlighted the Jacksonville Jaguars' 21-13 victory over the Tennessee Titans on Thursday night.

Blake Bortles completed 13-of-26 passes for 115 yards and one touchdown for the Jaguars, who scored 21 straight points after falling behind 10-0.

Todman carried the ball five times for 71 yards for Jacksonville (3-12), which avenged a 16-14 loss to these Titans on Oct. 12. Toby Gerhart rushed for 53 yards and a score on 12 carries.

"You could feel the energy throughout," Jaguars coach Gus Bradley said. "I think what is really neat about this whole experience was different guys stood out at different times."

Tennessee turned back to Charlie Whitehurst due to injuries and he connected on 24-of-35 passes for 287 yards and one touchdown. Leon Washington caught seven passes for 62 yards and a score.

Bishop Sankey carried the ball 14 times for 44 yards for the Titans (2-13), who have lost nine in a row.

"Tonight it was more about mistakes that we made than anything else," Titans coach Ken Whisenhunt said. "Because when we did it right as you can see by most of the first half, we played pretty good."

The Titans scored a touchdown on the game's opening possession. Whitehurst completed 6-of-6 passes for 71 yards, including an 8-yard TD toss to Washington.

Tennessee extended its lead to 10-0 on Ryan Succop's 50-yard field goal with 3:46 left in the second quarter.

Jacksonville responded with an 11-play, 80-yard drive that featured a pair of third-down conversions. On 3rd-and-9 from the Tennessee 22, Bortles scrambled for a first down. Marcedes Lewis then caught a 4-yard TD pass on 3rd-and-1.

The Jaguars started the second half with an 11-play, 72-yard drive. Marqise Lee's 34-yard catch on 3rd-and-7 moved the ball to the Tennessee 35. The home team moved the ball to the 1-yard line following Bortles' 12-yard run and a defensive holding penalty. Gerhart found the end zone on the next play to make it 14-10.

Jacksonville took a 21-10 lead on Todman's 62-yard TD run with 9:13 remaining in the fourth. He juked one defender and stiff-armed another on his first carry of the night.

Succop's 23-yarder got the Titans within eight with 6:06 to play.

The Jaguars took almost five minutes off the clock before punting the ball back to Tennessee. Whitehurst moved the ball to the Jacksonville 35 before being sacked by Sen'Derrick Marks on the final play. The sack by Marks also triggered a $600,000 contract bonus for having eight sacks in a season.
