LONDON – Cristiano Ronaldo can't stop scoring in Spain. Paris Saint-Germain can't hold a lead in France. And Arsene Wenger still can't beat Jose Mourinho in England.
Ronaldo scored yet another hat trick on Sunday in another big win for Real Madrid, which seems to have found its stride after a slow start to the season. Chelsea beat Arsenal in the Premier League in a game that will probably be best remembered for a shoving incident between Wenger and Mourinho on the sideline, while PSG were held to a draw by Monaco in a matchup of the French league's two richest clubs.

Wenger got in a push, but Mourinho landed the bigger blow.
Chelsea consolidated its lead in the Premier League by beating London rival Arsenal 2-0 in a feisty encounter that saw Wenger lose his normal cool and give Mourinho a shove in the chest on the sideline. Eden Hazard converted a first-half penalty and former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas set up the second goal for Diego Costa in the 78th minute as Chelsea remained five points clear of defending champion Manchester City. Arsenal is nine points behind, having failed to avenge a 6-0 drubbing at Stamford Bridge last season. Wenger has yet to beat Mourinho in 12 meetings.
Both Manchester United and Tottenham climbed above Arsenal with wins.
United beat Everton 2-1 to climb to fourth after goalkeeper David de Gea saved a penalty and made two crucial stops to deny the visitors a late equalizer at Old Trafford. Tottenham is sixth after Christian Eriksen scored in the 40th minute to secure a 1-0 win over Southampton.
Also Sunday, Queens Park Rangers dropped to the bottom of the standings after losing 2-0 to West Ham.

SPAIN
Cristiano Ronaldo extended his scoring streak to eight consecutive games as his three goals led Real Madrid to a 5-0 win over Athletic Bilbao in the Spanish league.
It was Ronaldo's second treble to go with one four-goal game already this season and gave the Ballon d'Or holder a league-leading 13 goals in six appearances, more than the entire team goal totals of 16 of the league's 20 sides. It was also his 22nd hat trick in the Spanish league, equaling the record held by Alfredo Di Stefano and Telmo Zarra.
Karim Benzema added two goals as Madrid's speedy forwards picked apart a Bilbao side that proved brittle at the back and is now winless in its last seven games.
Madrid rose past Atletico Madrid into fourth place, four points behind leader Barcelona. Valencia is in second place in front of Sevilla in third after it beat visitors Deportivo La Coruna 4-1.
Also, Villarreal dealt Celta Vigo its first loss of the season with a 3-1 road win, while Espanyol downed Real Sociedad 2-0 at home in its most solid performance under new coach Sergio Gonzalez.

Paris Saint-Germain surrendered another lead as substitute Anthony Martial scored deep in stoppage time to secure a 1-1 draw for Monaco against the two-time defending champions in the French league.
Martial's equalizer canceled out Brazilian midfielder Lucas' opener as PSG failed to follow up its win over Barcelona in the Champions League with another success.
PSG was again missing top scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic because of a heel injury, but Laurent Blanc's team took the lead when Lucas beat keeper Danijel Subasic from close range in the 71st minute from Jean-Christophe Bahebeck's assist.
But PSG failed to capitalize on its many chances and defender David Luiz then failed to clear the ball in added time, leaving Martial unmarked in the box to slot in the equalizer. It was the fourth time this season that PSG failed to protect a lead.
Earlier, striker Alexandre Lacazette scored his first hat trick to give Lyon a 3-0 win against Lille as the seven-time champions extended their unbeaten streak to five games in the French League.
Also, Georges-Kevin Nkoudou gave Nantes a 1-0 win at Guingamp and Wissam Ben Yedder scored his sixth goal of the season as Toulouse beat Saint-Etienne 1-0.

ITALY
Juventus beat Roma 3-2 in a heated game to take sole lead of Serie A on Sunday as the visitors dropped their first points of the season.
Leonardo Bonucci scored the winner four minutes from time with a hard shot into the bottom left corner from just outside the area.
Roma defender Kostas Manolas and Juventus striker Alvaro Morata were sent off following a brawl shortly after Bonucci's goal. The game also saw three penalties, with Carlos Tevez converting two for Juventus in the first half and Francesco Totti leveling from the spot in between.
Juventus became the first Serie A side to win 22 consecutive home matches and went into the international break three points ahead of Roma, with Sampdoria a point further back following a 1-0 victory over Atalanta.
In the evening matches, Inter Milan lost by three goals for the second successive match as it was beaten 3-0 at Fiorentina. Napoli, meanwhile, came from behind to win 2-1 against Torino.
Udinese slipped to fourth after a late penalty saw it held to a 1-1 draw by Cesena, while Lazio edged Sassuolo 3-2.
A late goal also saw 10-man Genoa win 2-1 at Parma, which fell to a third successive defeat. Earlier, Empoli cruised past Palermo 3-0 for its first win of the season.

GERMANY
Borussia Moenchengladbach could only manage a frustrating 1-1 draw with visiting Mainz on Sunday, missing the chance to reclaim second place in the Bundesliga.
Max Kruse put the home side ahead in the 15th minute, finishing off a great combination involving Raffael, Patrick Herrmann and U.S. defender Fabian Johnson. Receiving a pass from Johnson, Kruse controlled the ball with his right foot, turned and then lifted it to the far corner with his left.
Jonas Hofmann equalized with a calmly taken penalty in the 31st.
Earlier, Wolfsburg defender Naldo scored to secure a 1-0 win over Augsburg, lifting the home side to sixth.
