Coming off a victory over then-No. 7 Michigan State, Oregon hosts Wyoming in an unusually early start time on Saturday.

Kickoff is 11 a.m. local time at Autzen Stadium.

The Ducks (2-0) improved a spot in the rankings to No. 2, establishing themselves as an early season favorite for a spot in college football's first playoff.

Quarterback Marcus Mariota was asked this week about the danger of overlooking the Mountain West's Cowboys (2-0). The junior quarterback says the team mentality is the same — and that's to get better every game.

Mariota solidified his candidacy for the Heisman Trophy by throwing for 318 yards and three touchdowns against the vaunted Michigan State defense that was ranked second nationally last season.
