London, England ( - Tottenham-Hotspur announced the signings of defender Ben Davies and goalkeeper Michel Vorm from Swansea City on Wednesday.

Davies will head to White Hart Lane on a new five-year contract, while Vorm makes the move to North London on a four-year pact.

Vorm moved to the Liberty Stadium in August 2011 and firmly established himself as first choice in their debut season in the Premier League.
