(SportsNetwork.com) - The Houston Rockets will sign small forward Trevor Ariza to a four-year, $32 million contract, USA Today reported Saturday.

Ariza played with the Rockets in 2009-10 and averaged a career-best 14.9 points and 5.6 rebounds that season.

He could be a replacement for Chandler Parsons if the Rockets choose not to match the offer sheet Parsons signed with the Dallas Mavericks.

The 29-year-old spent the past two seasons with the Washington Wizards. He averaged 14.4 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 77 games last season.

In 10 NBA seasons, Ariza has averaged 9.7 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists.
