Coach Luiz Felipe Scolari says Neymar will be in everyone's thoughts and will serve as motivation for Brazil's national team in the World Cup semifinal against Germany on Tuesday.

Brazil's biggest star won't play the match in Belo Horizonte because of a fractured bone in his back, an injury that dealt a huge blow to the nation's hopes for a title at home.

Scolari says the team is over the shock of losing the player, but said "we will be playing not only for ourselves, for our country, for our dreams, but each one of us will be playing a little for Neymar because of everything that he has done for us."

The coach said in Monday's news conference that Neymar has "done his part already" for the national team.
