Jay Cutler insists he is no stronger or bigger than last year, but he's glad the Chicago Bears offense is also unchanged since last year.

Cutler and the Bears began a three-day minicamp with the offense hoping to be even more effective in its second year under coach Marc Trestman.

Trestman had said Cutler seems bigger and stronger after starting his off-season workouts earlier, but Cutler said he did it only to help overcome lingering effects from last year's ankle and groin injuries and is physically 100 percent now.

The Bears hope to keep Cutler healthier, and avoid problems like the ones he had his first four years with the team when he was sacked 148 times.
