Colin Kaerpernick reportedly will have a long and lucrative future with the San Francisco 49ers.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, citing sources, the star quarterback has agreed to a six-year extension with the team through 2020 that's worth more than $110 million.
ESPN notes that the deal means that Kaepernick will be among the league's top-10 highest-paid quarterbacks.
