Matt Fraser was eating a burrito in Providence, Rhode Island, when he got the word that he was being promoted from the American Hockey League to join the Boston Bruins for their playoff series against the Montreal Canadiens.

Less than 48 hours later, he scored in overtime to give the Bruins a 1-0 victory and tie the best-of-seven series at two games apiece. Bruins coach Claude Julien said he liked the way Fraser played — even before the winner with 1:19 gone in overtime. And Fraser has earned himself another game with the NHL club.

Game 5 is on Saturday night in Boston.

Fraser says scoring a goal like that is every kid's dream.
