Minneapolis, MN (SportsNetwork.com) - Sunday's game between the Detroit Tigers and Minnesota Twins was postponed because of inclement weather.
A makeup date has not yet been determined.
Detroit returns to the Twin Cities for three games in mid-August and three in mid-September.
The Twins said scheduled starting pitcher Kyle Gibson will take the mound for the team's next game on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Justin Verlander was scheduled to start Sunday for Detroit, but will be pushed back to the Tigers' next game on Tuesday against the Chicago White Sox.
