Indianapolis, IN (SportsNetwork.com) - The Indianapolis Colts have agreed to terms with free agent safety Colt Anderson, the team announced Monday.

Anderson comes to Indianapolis following a four-year stint with the Philadelphia Eagles, where the 28-year-old primarily made his mark on special teams. He totaled 46 special-teams tackles over that period, including a team- best 16 in 2013.

An undrafted free agent, Anderson also started six games for the Eagles and recorded four pass defensed, two forced fumbles and one interception.

Current Colts general manager Ryan Grigson was Philadelphia's director of player personnel when the Eagles signed Anderson off the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad in November of 2010.
