Marco Belinelli spent the first six seasons of his NBA career bouncing around.
He played for four teams, but now he believes he's found a home in San Antonio. Belinelli is averaging career highs in shooting percentage, 3-point percentage, rebounds and assists.
In doing so, Belinelli has emerged as the latest in a long line of stellar role players around Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili.
Spurs coach Gregg Popovich says Belinelli has been even better than they expected when they signed him to a two-year deal in July. The coach has been impressed with how quickly Belinelli has picked up San Antonio's system.
Belinelli says playing for Popovich and Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau over the last two years has helped him become a well-rounded player.
