Chicago, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - David Murphy went 2-for-5 with a homer, triple and four RBI to lead the Cleveland Indians to a 12-6 win over the Chicago White Sox in the third tilt of a four-game set.

Nick Swisher and Jason Kipnis also homered while Michael Brantley and Ryan Raburn added two RBI apiece for the Indians, who snapped a three-game skid.

Josh Outman (2-0) worked 1 1/3 scoreless innings in relief to pick up the win. Starter Justin Masterson allowed six runs -- five earned -- on seven hits over 4 2/3 innings. Masterson walked five and struck out seven.

"A lot of runs scored, but I was decently happy with how things went as far as how I felt when I let go of the ball," said Masterson. "As far as things after letting go of the ball, things I can't control, they kind of got to me a bit."

Adam Eaton was 2-for-3 with a solo homer and two runs scored and Adam Dunn added a pair of RBI for the White Sox, who had won two straight entering the contest.

Ronald Belisario (1-1) gave up two runs on two hits in just 1 1/3 innings. Starter Felipe Paulino was shelled for six runs on six hits -- including three homers -- over five frames.

"Lately we've had (bullpen) guys going two innings. We need our starters to go deeper into games," said White Sox manager Robin Ventura.

With the game tied 6-6 in the seventh inning, Raburn laced a two-run single to center to score Swisher and Carlos Santana for an 8-6 edge.

Cleveland put the game out of reach with a four-run ninth. With the bases loaded and one out, Murphy laced a triple off the base of the wall in right to clear the bases. Mike Aviles followed with a single to right to score Murphy.

The Indians wasted no time and pushed three runs across in the first inning. With the bases loaded and one out, Brantley smacked a single to center to score Nyjer Morgan and Kipnis. Asdrubal Cabrera followed with a groundout, but it was enough to bring Santana home from third for the early edge.

Chicago answered right back with four runs in the home half. With runners on the corners, Conor Gillaspie singled to left to scored Eaton. After Jose Abreu walked, Dunn singled to center to score Leury Garcia and Gillaspie. Alejandro De Aza added an RBI single later in the inning to make it 4-3.

Murphy led off the second with a homer, but Eaton led off the home half with a homer to restore Chicago's lead.

Swisher and Kipnis clubbed back-to-back homers in the fifth to make it 6-5, but Jordan Danks scored Alexei Ramirez with a groundout in the bottom of the frame to tie the game.
