New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Edmonton's Taylor Hall, Colorado's Semyon Varlamov and Montreal's Max Pacioretty have been selected as the NHL's top players for the period ending April 6.

Hall was named the First Star after leading all players last week with seven assists and nine points. He scored in four consecutive games and helped the Oilers to a pair of wins.

Varlamov earned the Second Star with a record of 3-0-1, one shutout, a 1.42 goals-against average and a .950 save percentage. The highlight of his week was a 31-save shutout on April 3 against St. Louis.

Pacioretty picked up the Third Star with a league-high four goals, including his third career hat trick in an April 4 game against Ottawa. He added two assists that night for a career-high five points.
