Giants sign OL Brown

East Rutherford, NJ (SportsNetwork.com) - The New York Giants signed offensive tackle Charles Brown on Tuesday.

Brown, a second-round draft choice of the Saints in 2010, started 14 games at left tackle last season for New Orleans after spending the majority of his first three seasons as a backup. In his four-year career, Brown has racked up 22 starts in 37 games.

Originally recruited to the University of Southern California as a tight end, Brown made 27 starts at offensive tackle in 48 collegiate games.
