Kenny Hill,19, was arrested after police say they found him outside a College Station restaurant.
The Texas A&M quarterback who has a chance of taking over the position most recently held by a Heisman winner was arrested Friday after police say he was found passed out in front of a restaurant in College Station.
The Eagle, a local newspaper, reported that police found Kenny Hill, 19, Friday outside the restaurant and allege that when they asked him to name the U.S. president, he responded, "Bush." He also allegedly told police his name was "Kennedy."
"Due to his level of intoxication, he would have been in danger of someone robbing or harming him as he would not have been able to defend himself," he arresting officer wrote in the report, according to the paper.
School officials told the paper that Hill, who threw a touchdown last year under star Johnny Manziel, will be suspended indefinitely from athletics at the school. The intoxication charge is considered a misdemeanor and if convicted, faces a $445 fine.
