For the second straight day, the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament is having trouble keeping the electricity running.

The quarterfinal game between No. 14 North Carolina State and Syracuse on Friday was stopped three times in the second half by electrical problems in the Greensboro Coliseum. A winter storm hit Greensboro overnight Thursday and Friday morning, leading to ice-coated trees and power outages near the arena.

Twice the main lighting system went out, causing 4- and 10-minute delays. The shot clock and arena display boards briefly shut off minutes later for another 3½-minute delay.

On Thursday night, a power outage caused a 20-minute delay during the second half of the second-round game between No. 13 North Carolina and Wake Forest.
