A person familiar with the agreement says DeAngelo Hall has agreed to a four-year deal to stay with the Washington Redskins.

The deal keeps the 30-year-old cornerback in Washington, where he has played the past six seasons.

The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the team has not announced the deal.

Hall had four interceptions last season, including two returned for touchdowns. He played the season on a one-year contract, having taken a pay cut so the Redskins could fit him under the salary cap.

Hall has 43 career interceptions over 10 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, Oakland Raiders and Redskins.
