London, England (SportsNetwork.com) - Arsenal revealed Friday that the club has signed Sweden international Kim Kallstrom on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.

The 31-year-old arrives at Arsenal from Russian club Spartak Moscow, bringing a wealth of experience to the Emirates. He made 108 international appearances for Sweden and over 400 club appearances during a career that has included stints in Sweden, France and Russia.

"Kim Kallstrom is a hugely-experienced player," said Gunners manager Arsene Wenger. "He is a midfielder with proven quality at both club and international level. We welcome Kim to Arsenal."
