Tyler Johnson scored 20 points and Fresno State went 8 of 8 from the free throw line in the final 2:57 to snap a five game losing streak, beating Wyoming 67-62 Wednesday night.

Johnson, who has now scored at least 20 points in six of the past eight games, shot 7 of 12 from the floor, finishing with eight rebounds and four assists.

Fresno State (9-13, 2-7 Mountain West) made just 5 of 17 from 3-point range but finished 24 of 45 (53.3 percent) from the field and committed just nine turnovers.

A pair of free throws by Larry Nance, Jr., pulled Wyoming (13-7, 4-3) within 63-59 with 55 seconds left. Johnson then missed a jumper but Alex Davis grabbed the offensive rebound and his put-back with 22 seconds left made it a six-point game.

Nance paced the Cowboys with 20 points.

Marvelle Harris scored 11 for the Bulldogs.
