Boston, MA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Memphis Grizzlies, Boston Celtics and Oklahoma City Thunder completed a three-team trade on Tuesday.

The Grizzlies acquired guard Courtney Lee and a 2016 second-round draft pick from the Boston Celtics in exchange for guard Jerryd Bayless.

The Thunder also sent forward Ryan Gomes to Boston and received a conditional 2017 second-round draft pick from Memphis.

Boston then waived Gomes.

Bayless averaged 8.0 points, 1.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists with the Grizzlies this season. The 25-year-old well-traveled veteran holds career averages of 8.3 points, 1.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists with the Portland Trail Blazers, New Orleans Hornets, Toronto Raptors and Memphis Grizzlies

Lee averaged 7.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 16.8 minutes in 30 games as a reserve with Boston this season. He joins the Grizzlies with career averages of 9.4 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 395 games with the Orlando Magic, New Jersey Nets, Houston Rockets and Celtics.

Gomes, an eight-year veteran, has appeared in five games for the Thunder this season totaling six points and four rebounds in 34 minutes played.
