The U.S. women's soccer team will play an exhibition against Russia on Feb. 8 at Boca Raton, Fla.

The game, announced Monday, will be the first match between the nations since a 5-1 U.S. win in September 2002. It will be the second match of the year for the Americans following a Jan. 31 meeting with Canada at Frisco, Texas.

Twenty-eight players were selected for a training camp that starts Wednesday at Carson, Calif., with goalkeeper Ashlyn Harris and midfielders Megan Rapinoe and Morgan Brian joining the group that trained last month.
