Seattle, WA (SportsNetwork.com) - Washington defensive line coach Tosh Lupoi is being investigated for potential violations of NCAA rules after he allegedly paid for tutoring and online classes for a recruit, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times.

Washington and USC are looking into the violations, according to the LA Times.

Lupoi is in his second year as the Huskies' defensive line coach. The allegations involve former defensive line recruit Andrew Basham.

Chris Peterson was named Washington's new head coach earlier this month after Steve Sarkisian left the Huskies for the head job at USC.
