Lake Buena Vista, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron took home the 2013 Maxwell Award, which signifies the nation's top all-around player.

McCarron, who also won the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award earlier this week, has been a part of three national championship teams and owns a career record of 36-3 for Alabama. A steady leader, he passed for 2,676 yards and 26 touchdowns as a senior.

McCarron is a Heisman Trophy finalist this year, along with this year's Maxwell finalists -- Johnny Manziel of Texas A&M and Jameis Winston of Florida State.
